On Sunday we will host an on-site catering event where you can practice and see first hand what it’s like to host your own event for 30+ people. Meet existing wood-fired oven caterers and see our newest 2010 trailer designs. We’ll work with a 43’’ hearth Concessionaire showcasing all of our new features.
